At Label By Param, each product is handcrafted with utmost care, ensuring premium quality and authenticity. As our collections include exclusive jewelry, handmade bags, and designer products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept any returnsΒ once an order has been delivered.

  • Please review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

  • All items, including jewelry, handmade bags, and clothing, are final sale and non-returnable.

2. Exception – Wrong Product Delivered

  • A return or exchange will be accepted only if you have received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

  • In such cases, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at labelbyparamofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID, product photos, and a complete unboxing video as proof.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

3. Important Notes

  • Color variations, minor handmade irregularities, or texture differences are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.

  • Orders marked as Sale, Discounted, or Customized are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for reasons such as dislike of product, size issues, or change of mind.
